Cinema Manager within Vue, heading up the stock controls of the site, making sure the content programming at site level is working as it should do. Managing a team of ~25, and giving people a great time while doing it !

Helped to open the cafè up and get it's base systems running. Was proud to assemble a team and then kick the business off which went on to become a runaway success in the independent business scene of Cambridge. I prided myself on the knowledge brought of both the niche of the board game industry but also how to manage a team and a business to deliver high standards to the customers coming in.
