My expertise lies within accurate and reliable BOQ/Builder's Quantities measurements, pre-contract cost planning and post-contract progress claims and variation assessments. I have worked on both the PQS and Contractor side.I have experience across the UK, Australia and more recently the South Pacific, and I am currently managing live projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu.
