We provide full Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) services from conception to completion, across a wide range of sectors including Education, Residential, Retail, Health and Childcare. We provide support to building companies, assisting them with contract administration, preparation of bills of quantities, producing change orders/variations and letting trade packages. As building cost escalation remains elevated, we offer Value Management and Value Engineering services to optimise design solutions and maximise value for money, working closely with clients to define strategic objectives.
