After finishing my University studies I started full time at The Brewery Tap, this involved me taking on more responsibilities, supporting the catering manager in the day to day running of the business this included managing corporate conferences, special events and private functions including weddings. My main day to day responsibilities required me to cash up, order stock, record incomes, expenditures and wastage, while organising a team of up to 20 people. Some of the special events I managed include Burton Jazz Festival and a large kickboxing event for over 400 people. This full time position also included all the responsibilities from my pervious role within the business.

Working at The Brewery Tap Bar and Restaurant as part of the National Brewery Centre in Burton upon Trent, I primarily work behind the bar serving customers, restocking the bar and cellar stock rotation including real cask ales. My responsibilities also included setting up and clearing of large events and corporate functions for over 400 people. This includes serving food to customers using silver service.

Working in partnership with Molson Coors Brewing Company at the Guildhall in Burton upon Trent, I started out working behind the bar serving customers, restocking the bar and cellar stock rotation. I was also responsible for setting up and clearing of the functions, events and corporate meetings that were being held at the Guildhall, this included taking bookings for the company hotel and associated meeting rooms. During the summer of 2012 I became a full time member of the Guildhall team.
