The Director of Students is part of the Executive Leadership Team and provides high-level leadership support for teachers and House Leaders dealing with serious behaviour management issues and working with families in crisis.A largely responsive role, the Director of Students works in collaboration with the Wellbeing and Diverse Learning teams to develop and monitor the school’s vision and mission and to create structures and conditions that facilitate the work of both staff and students to create a positive learning culture.

The Leader of Culture and Operations purpose is based on developing depth andexpertise in culture and operations which has a varied portfolio of work, leading and managing a number of initiatives in student and staff culture and operations, that ultimately enhances school culture and the smooth running of the school.Under the direction of the Deputy Principals, the Leader of Culture and Operations will lead, manage and implement special projects. They will challenge and support staff and students by modelling and leading an inclusive and respectful community where each individual is known, valued and cared for, enabling them to feel confident to explore their unique gifts and be the best version of themselves.Further, under the direction of the Deputy Principals, they will play a significant leadership role in supporting an innovative and continuous improvement culture.

Responsible for monitoring the well-being of students, being a leader of restorative practices, faith development and building a house vision.

- Chair Club meetings.- Ensure Senior Delegates attend Association Meeting.- Ensure all club committee members and coaches fulfil their roles.- Facilitate planning.- Oversee all targets and performance goals.- Provide guidance and leadership- Work in partnership with St Ignatius College to promote the school- Work with sponsors and businesses- Ensure all risk management, duties and code of conduct (etc.) policies are adopted.

Was responsible for the well-being, leading faith and protective practices of Senior Students of about 300. Was also responsible for leading the HPE Curriculum, in particular the implementation of the Australian Curriculum for HPE. Also had a responsibility as Sports Coordinator organising Sports Day, Knockout Sports and other inter-school sporting carnivals.

Taught in a rural Catholic School of 600 students.Subjects taught PE, Science and Religious Education. Was also responsible for a Year 12 Home Class.
