The Director of Students is part of the Executive Leadership Team and provides high-level leadership support for teachers and House Leaders dealing with serious behaviour management issues and working with families in crisis.A largely responsive role, the Director of Students works in collaboration with the Wellbeing and Diverse Learning teams to develop and monitor the school’s vision and mission and to create structures and conditions that facilitate the work of both staff and students to create a positive learning culture.

The Leader of Culture and Operations purpose is based on developing depth andexpertise in culture and operations which has a varied portfolio of work, leading and managing a number of initiatives in student and staff culture and operations, that ultimately enhances school culture and the smooth running of the school.Under the direction of the Deputy Principals, the Leader of Culture and Operations will lead, manage and implement special projects. They will challenge and support staff and students by modelling and leading an inclusive and respectful community where each individual is known, valued and cared for, enabling them to feel confident to explore their unique gifts and be the best version of themselves.Further, under the direction of the Deputy Principals, they will play a significant leadership role in supporting an innovative and continuous improvement culture.
