I am an engagement and communications manager with extensive experience in state government, mostly in issues management, organisational development and project comms roles. I spent 12 years in education and am now in transport on major projects. In between, I had a rewarding stint at La Trobe Rural Health School in Bendigo, where I implemented a comms strategy to increase their impact and influence in rural health. My experiences includes more traditional comms roles, such as media and speechwriting, and I have a background as a journalist and paralegal. I have quals in law, journalism, politics and languages. I built solid public administration skills by being pulled into high performing teams to tackle complex challenges. I enjoy the pace and impact of working with senior leaders and stakeholders to manage risk and effect change to capability, culture and reputation.
