Managing customer accounts within the UK Midlands, South West, and Wales territories for the Particle Counting, Characterisation, and Cell Health product portfolios. Performed sales activities from lead generation and qualification through to post-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction. Performed on-site/virtual demonstrations for the range of technologies and a varying client base. Daily funnel management and monthly forecasting using Salesforce. Handling and reporting of customer complaints and gathering of market intelligence and feeding this back to the Sales Manager and respective peers within the business.

Represented a portfolio of Particle Characterisation technologies, including DLS/ELS, NTA, LD, and RMM. Provided technical and application support directly to clients, internal colleagues and distributors, primarily in the UK but also supported RoW. Main responsibilities were divided into pre-sales and post-sales support. Pre-sales support involved carrying out sample analysis, on-site/virtual demonstrations, and method development. Post-sale support involved the running of training courses and workshops to promote best-practice, understanding customer applications, troubleshooting issues, and answering any queries related to the technologies. When not supporting customer related activities, worked closely with R&D and Product Management teams to support the development of existing and new product innovation. The role was an important connecting link between Sales, Applications, and R&D to capture customer feedback, pain points, and desired features and reporting this back to key stakeholders.
