Responsible for managing the configuration of applications used by HR Staffing Operations, primarily the vendor owned (Oracle) SAAS model application Taleo Enterprise Edition.Responsibility for managing all configurations within the applications including, creating configuration documentation, implementing simple and complex changes, providing guidance and recommendations to the business partners on changes and the implementation of new functionality, support of integrations between Taleo and other applications such as PeopleSoft other internal applications.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the technology aspect of recruiting operations and the use of Taleo for the client and recruitment operations.

Under minimal supervision providing recruiting and on–boarding support to the corporate HR Staffing team. Involved in recruiting activities across multiple countries and time zones, reporting functions in RC, processing background and drug screening for all levels of candidates, offer letters and every aspect of the onboarding process within the TAS/Taleo system. Working closely with the staffing team, TAS, and third-party vendors. Gained experience in error reporting, pods reports, collaborating with the TAS team, and was solely responsible for the Prudential Employee Referral Program process and payments including all payments and the help desk. Successfully trained two more team members in all ERP activities. Acted as an SME by coaching and mentoring new hires as well as the quality review process and assisting with escalations. Identify potential issues that will cause delays, investigate the situation, determine appropriate course of action and report back to the relevant team lead if required. Acted as a backup in the team leads absence. Analyze RC data and ensure that all reporting to the business is precise and accurate.
