I am a customer centric, hard working individual who will go the extra mile to ensure any task is completed to the best of my ability. My career history reflects my abilities within a customer service setting which is something that I am proud to offer to any future employer. My current employer is Starling bank as a Customer Service advisor, which requires me to be in constant communication with any number of customers through both phone calls and live chat services. As this is the front line for all customer related queries through the bank, I’ll never know how simple or complex the customers query will be, which makes it more important that each customer is handled to their individual needs. While I have a strong background in the customer service scene, I’m hoping to utilise my experience in the banking scene to explore further opportunities into more exciting areas of the financial world, potentially around fraud prevention
