Working in the data-driven Retail Tracking side of GfK, I discovered a passion for improving processes, namely designing and implementing tools for speed, efficiency and usability. - Created an end-to-end tracker for our core activities, replacing multiple manual processes and providing clear and timely status updates to the business for the first time.- Developed new syndicated reporting systems in Excel with a focus on internal production efficiency and enhanced end user experiences, with interactivity and inbuilt analysis tools:→ One system is the focus of a global sales initiative to drive revenue from long-tail clients.→ Another is now the standard local report offering for over 200 retail partners.
