I passed SQE1 in the first quintile and I am currently pursuing an LLM in Legal Practice with the University of Law.During three years at Citizens Advice, I cultivated a strong commitment to providing advice in areas of public and social welfare law; benefits, housing, immigration, family, and tax. I am currently a Legal Adviser/Paralegal at Shelter, I am passionate about promoting access to justice and have a particular interest in areas of law typically funded by Legal Aid. Proficient in legal writing and research, problem-solving, and developing positive client relationships, I am responsible for managing a diverse housing caseload of legal help clients, as well as certificated files under supervision. I advocate for clients in and out of court and act as a duty adviser delivering the Duty Possession Scheme at Birmingham County Court.
