- My role at sky can be broken down into two key areas; technical issues with the customers service & sales. - With the technical aspect it can be further broken down into two areas; broadband/landline & TV technical issues. The customer may need help and support to resolve there issues or just looking for advice on improving/getting the most out of their service at sky.- With the sales aspect, I actively listen to the customer and spend time understanding their needs and recommend Sky products that will improve the customers viewing. - Displayed in-depth product knowledge and provided excellent customer service to handle any queries a customer may have whether it’s technical or product related. - Working towards key KPI's for the business, in which I regularly meet and exceed these targets.- While at sky I have volunteered for the Sky buddy program, which teaches elderly customers how to use the internet and staying safe while doing so. The other aspect of the buddy program is being their for our elderly customers and tackle loneliness.

- My role involved getting in contact with home owners who had just moved house via warm leads generated by the estate agents. - The main purpose of this role was to set-up all of the clients Electricity, Gas, Landline, Internet requirement before they fully moved into their new home.

- My role involved cold calling different leads generated offering 12 months’ worth of free funeral cover, I was required to follow compliance procedures and meet QA standards. - This was a fast-paced target driven environment earning commissions, which I met and exceed-ed on a regular based each day. I made 50-60 phone calls per day, securing between 5-10 sales.- I was required to qualify customers for eligibility requirements, use systems to calculate premi-ums and savings for the customer, secure a buy in and close the deal by securing bank details.
