I have worked closely with high level leadership to control and manage communications in several different forms of media. More specifically, myself and my team managed communications and the repair of major network outages, standing up new forms of applications and development of new technology to facilitate repairs while keeping many officers and senior leadership knowledgeable of the situations and finally handled concise and succinct presentations and after-action reports within my organization.
