My role i undertake at Postpack was a role that had multiple responsibilities including scheduling deliveries to stock control. i also:Created itineraries, booked travel.Managed the coordination of the drivers to ensure consistent smooth running of deliveriesCoordinated with the warehouse and logistics manager to ensure day to day tasks were completed effectivelyManaged multiple databases to keep track of all company stock levels, along with a live delivery schedule.Within my role as manager I currently manage approximately 12 people and train them in multiple areas of the business.Conducting interviews for new staffAppraisals for current staff

i was located in the finishing shop my job was to do the finishing touches to agricultural trailers my role entailed:Wiring the lightsFitting any additional attachments neededTouching up paintworkLocating and fitting the correct tyresCarried out grinding and polishingApplying company logosFilling out the necessary paperworkCarry out a final test of all aspects before leaving the shop

This job i was allowed to do this whilst in education at school, i had to attend college one day per week the rest i was at the garage carrying out work some of the task i carried out are:Maintained neat, organised and professional personal and bay appearance.Completed all available training to advance mechanical skills.Operated shop equipment and mechanic's tools on daily basis to complete routine and challenging repairs.Pursued every available opportunity to learn systems operations, maintenance tasks and repair processes.Watched advanced mechanics complete complex vehicle repairs.During my time i managed to complete NVQ level 1 and NVQ level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair
