As a Financial Services graduate, I am driven and enthusiastic. My current role as a senior debt adviser/coach technical and I.T. expert combined with over 9 years experience in the sector has given me invaluable insight into the debt advice industry Working with our I.T department has enabled me to develop and fine tune my knowledge of sytems such as OKTA and remote linking. With this experience I have also developed my Process Improvement skills while being a valuable team member. My goal is to become a team leader, to lead by example and share the wealth of knowledge I have accrued over time whilst gaining new knowledge and expertise.
