Short term temporary role to provide multiple functions across the introduction of a new routing and switching platform into the greater fleet. Performed testing against the platform, functional and integration level testing. Developed work instructions, documentation, configuration generators and updates to existing change processes for project and operational teams to implement and support the new platform.

Supported WinTel based applications for ITC continuity, protection and compliances as well as support for line of business applications and custom written applications. Project based installation of server, storage and networking hardware and software platforms into both green field sites and integration into existing environments.
