My role at Orro Group is a hybrid one of Account management / Business Development Manager. I am responsible for our largest cohort of customers in Brisbane, but am also charged with growing our branch and bringing on board new logo's to Orro Group in Brisbane. Initially joining the Comscentre business in 2021 our portfolio consisted mainly of Data and Networking Solutions, Collaboration, Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Managed Data and Voice Services. Since then, with the merger of Comscentre, Correct Solutions and eSecure to become Orro Group, we are now key challengers not only in Data networking, Collaboration and Managed services but also are a leading Cloud Services and Security solutions provider.

My career at Telstra began as part of an acquisition of a Contact Centre Solution company, North Shore Communications. I came to the organisation as a highly skilled Collaboration, Unified Communications and Contact Centre Sales professional and became part of the Collaboration Business Development Team. In 2018, my role was expanded to a Workplace Solutions Lead which combined Collaboration solutions & Enterprise Mobility Solutions including IOT and Mobility Applications & Solutions.I have been highly successful during my time in this role. Some of the key highlights during my time at Telstra include, but is not limited to;- Sales Lead in providing transformational change at the QLD Department of Transport migrating over 8500 users from an on-premise managed Collaboration Solution to a Microsoft Skype for Business Solution. Additionally, migrating 300 Contact Centre users to a Genesys Customer Contact Solution- Sales lead delivering a 160 Meeting space solution to Suncorp Sydney Head Office, ranging from small 4 person meeting rooms to very large, multi function auditorium spaces and Boardrooms- Sales lead delivering a fully Cloud based Collaboration solution to the bank of QLD based on a Cisco Webex Cloud solution.- Sales lead to re-contract Suncorp to a Mobilty solution to over 4,500 mobile users

Our solutions include telephone systems from the leading vendors including Avaya, Nortel, Siemens, Samsung and Mitel. We provide fixed and mobile carriage services, broadband solutions. We also provide video conferencing and interactive whiteboard systems.
