Risk Manager leading the Risk & Compliance Support team's risk workstream:* Identifying and managing risks and issues across a range of RCSA risk categories and with the supporting control development and testing activities.* Supporting the Lab Teams within the Platform in articulating risks with mitigations and supporting lab risk management.* Producing accurate reports and insights from collecting and interpreting data from a variety of standard source systems, (RCSA, SNow, CMT, Audit reports, Risk opinions) and producing outputs in a required format.* Keeping track of data quality and assurance outcomes, reporting any concerns to ensure action taken to remediate.* Providing ongoing training to stakeholders on using our risk systems and how to make the most of Power BI dashboards available.* Support labs through risk governance process and escalations.* Manage creating of risk documentation for labs and platforms including overseeing platform Risk governance forums and lab level risk meetings.* Providing training to internal colleagues to support lab engagement .Controls:* Responsible for developing, refining and executing the platform's change control testing process for 2023 throughout Data & Machine Learning.* Engaging senior stakeholders on approach, effectiveness and outcomes* Working closely with 1st line risk to ensure controls align to our risk change risk portfolio and identifying new controls / changes to existing controls where required to mitigate our risks
