19 year old currently in my 3rd year of a 4-year apprenticeship with Endress + Hauser I am training to be a qualified Calibration & Repair Technician within the internal workshop. I have a good grasp on the principals of a large variation of instrumentation and measurement technologies and am also familiar and competent in the use of SAP and Salesforce. I am computer literate and technically minded, and enjoy being challenged on a day to basis. Highly customer orientated, working to support and maintain customer relationships while maintaining reasonable expectations and accurate scopes of delivery. Graduated Manchester Enterprise Academy with 9 GCSE's including 7s in Maths, English Language and Computer Science. Also achieved a Level 2 in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Technical Support Pathway) and currently working towards a Level 3. Nominated for MakeUKs apprentice of the year award.I am also involved with GAMBICA trade association as a member of the Youth Council. This is a platform for young people in industry to voice their opinions on issues we feel are important, and promote ideas and solutions that are beneficial to all.
