I lead the organisation, recruitment, and management of the Graduate Development Programme and other Early Careers initiatives at ABL Group. Other duties include creating both technical and non-technical training content using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline 360 and Vyond. Additional experience in assisting with LMS implementation (Absorb). I am a transitioned and highly experienced qualified teacher (PGCE: Distinction) with over a decade of experience, including management, across the UK (London, Essex, and Glasgow) and China (Shanghai and Guangzhou). I hold an MA in Applied Linguistics (Distinction) and a BA (Hons) in English Language & Communication from King’s College London.
