• This was a 16 hour per month voluntary role in which I acted as a police officer in the local community. • This involves providing an extremely high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, building relationships and rapport with customers, and handling confidential and highly sensitive data.

• In this role, I had to provide a high level of customer service, while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store and monitoring/managing large amounts of stock.• I was required to be flexible with my shifts and worked a mixture of both days and nights.
