I joined RIG Healthcare in 2014 for my first taste within Recruitment. I started as a Contract Consultant focusing on placing locum Physiotherapists in the South East of England.After six months i was given the opportunity to set up the permanent recruitment desk for RIG Healthcare taking on more responsibility and working within a wider market. Instead of just focusing on Physiotherapists, i also took on the Occupational Therapist and Speech & Language Therapist markets which proved to be quite successful.The desk grew to include a number of other consultants focusing on different areas of healthcare and we soon branched out from working with just private healthcare clients to include the NHS also.I secured exclusivity with a number of NHS Trusts throughout the UK to be their preferred supplier for qualified AHP.
