- Apply and secure quotation for day to day remedial and project works. - Coordination of installation of remedial and project works on agreed SLA.s.- Keep accurate records of all planning, build and handover activities to ensure easy.- documentation control.- Build and supply accurate reports to be presented to management and client.- Build and deploy technology to allow monitoring of the asset health.- Plan and set up yearly PPM schedules. - Management of Jira tickets system. - Document and track audits done by contractors. - Assist with CRM for all external structural teams, supporting to reach required KPIs.
