Attending daily turnover meetings to ensure that works are completed, walkdowns on time and snags closed out to allow systems to be turned over to the client. Chairing evening meeting for co-ordination of next days activities for the whole site. Liaising with contractors and client on a daily basis on safety, quality and commercial issues relating to the packages that I oversee.

Project Managing the steel structure on the Dublin Waste to Energy site at Poolbeg. Managing works managers, subcontractors, QA/QC, H&S, and site administration.

Portfolio Manager for Carlow Precast dealing with all the major water companies in the UK for asset delivery. Involvement is from inquiry stage through tender, order, design, manufacture delivery, installation and hand over. Also dealing with the energy sector across the UK for the design and supply of precast solutions.
