Throughout our 6 month period of time working together he daily demonstrated many commendable professional skills and behaviours that made him a pleasure to collaborate with. A few notable mentions... He took many abstract ideas, followed a creative process, and returned with a number of proposals for me to consider. Liam was exceptionally good at receiving feedback on this work, particularly when some of my briefs could be described as... fluffy and imprecise. He took careful note of the feedback and acted upon it calmly and professionally. He was rarely phased by the strange and sometime ad hoc nature of the work requests and took everything well within his stride. I often needed to empower Liam to work autonomously to specific deadlines or requirements, and through the whole Kickstart experience he did so with confidence and cheer. He was always careful to ask questions and get a full picture of the brief before I became unavailable and delivered as expected every single time. In addition; Liam was able to work effectively in a collaborative manner when required to be part of a wider team. He built relationships warmly and effectively. Feedback was always positive, both with regards to his attitude and quality of work.
