In my time as a tooling rework technician, developing the skills in order to fulfill and exceed both customer and company standards have been paramount. Through every work-order, our team constantly works together to evaluate and look for ways to improve on our current processes. While working as an independent contractor, it was my responsibility to communicate and collaborate with my team in order to make sure our goals were achieved timely and to a high-degree of quality. Through my experience, various services and specialties were incorporated into my wheel-house: flooring, framing, roofing, finished carpentry, and painting to name a few. While working on these skills, I learned the importance of cross-training and accurate estimates in regards to what is able to be accomplished with my inventory and skillset. Working on projects from simple kitchen remodels, to whole-house flips, even doing commercial-spaces and store-fronts I have learned the importance of adaptability and persistence.
