I am a professional, reliable and committed person, who has experience working in a dynamic environment within the commercial Security Service industry. Having worked at Team Leader level for many years now I am extremely focused on team management, effective supervision and the motivation of individuals. Health and Safety, Commercial impact and Health and Wellbeing are all areas that within my scope of work I take responsibility for and that I am passionate about. I enjoy working in challenging situations, to deadlines and find it easy to plan and priorities my work load. I enjoy working as part of a team but equally enjoy working alone, using my own initiative to ensure that a positive working environment is created and maintained. During my time in the retail environment I have worked across a variety of service streams from understanding and being involved in the commercial side of the business to managing large scale events which require close work with local authorities to ensure that not only is public safety maintained but that also the event is commercially successful and that the best customer experience is delivered.
