Customer Care Executive
Current• Calling and updating customers daily• QC job pack - ensuring authorisation has been obtained• Pre-calls to confirm vehicles turn up (24hr)• Advise on pre-picking• Checking of KDM• Checking/updating of customer details (inc Kerridgebenefiting CRM)• Creating estimates (assisting workshop technician)• Completion call to customer with brief description of repair• Control/monitor Workshop Loading and ensure continuity• Assist Controller with the flow of work into workshopmaximising the use of available resources• Working alongside C&D drivers to schedule and meetcustomer & workshop expectations
