Reporting directly to the board of directors I oversee all aspects of IT estate management for JPG Europe, JPG Asia, JPG North America and JPG Australia.My focus in this role is IT strategy across the whole business. I design and implement IT policies, systems, workflow solutions and architecture that support JPG needs from both a local and global perspective, ensuring that the business is adopting the most effective new technologies while functioning in the most secure and efficient way.

Throughout my time in this role it was my responsibility to ensure all aspects of the JPG IT portfolio were maintained and enhanced to the highest standard. Key aspects of this role included leading and mentoring a global team of IT professionals. Through the management of these teams we collectively delivered global Helpdesk support, asset purchasing and management. Along side this, all Server (Physical, virtual and cloud) / Storage / Desktop / network and security maintenance tasks were delivered. Supplier, vendor and stakeholder management. Disaster Recovery planning, data replication and high availability for service continuity in the event of this being needed we managed.I worked closely with all regional Business Unit Directors and their respective management teams to ensure evolving IT based requirements are managed and any new IT based initiatives are implemented effectively.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, I was the IT & R&D Manager for JPG Europe, Australia & North America, I also supported Jpg Asia on a consultancy basis. I Oversaw all IT & R&D for Jupiter Prestige Group. Managing a team of 2 support engineers, we Provide desktop, infrastructure and troubleshooting support for 200+ Users across 6 fixed UK Sites, 1 Australian, 1 North American and assistance with our Hong Kong site as well as a mobile workforce. I maintained network, communications, VPN, firewall management, backup, disaster recovery and systems for all Jupiter Prestige Group. My role also included Equipment maintenance, sourcing and ordering, Supplier, partner management, cost control and price negotiation. Annual budget planning, hardware renewal roadmap planning. Ensuring software licensing is conformant and up to date. Part of my role was to develop workflow solutions that optimise the day to day production of the company some of which focus heavily on automation.

My duties included IT Management, developing production tools and workflow solutions that are used in the day to day production within the company, optimising workflow methods to be more efficient and cost-effective. I also further developed 3D production methods during this time, that advanced Prestige Graphics 3D offering to their client base.

I was approached in September 2009 by the parent company of the Tenderwood Prestige who I worked for at the time and subsequently joined Prestige Graphics in November 2009. During my time in this role I led the development and put into place workflows for a new 3D department. I oversaw all 3D visualisation work for the company, working for bluechip retail clients. My role also included training other employees on the use of Cinema 4D, building 3D models in cinema 4D and retouching in Photoshop. I also support the Artwork studios at heavy workload times.

I joined Tenderwood Prestige as a middleweight packaging artworker and soon moved up to senior artworker. My position involved adopting the guidelines and applying them consistently across artwork ranges to produce print ready artwork files.

My role here involved using most DTP software applications to a high standard in a wide range of tasks. All aspects of page makeup, creating print ready high end artwork files from custom supplied briefs, digital colour correction, retouching and image clean up for a wide variety of clients.

Duties involved liaising with customers and clients on a regular basis delivering a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Interacting with the in house database system. Overseeing all aspects of classified page production from client flat plans through to print. Booking in of classified adverts and processing customer briefs. Digital advert creation from customer files and briefs. Page makeup of classified pages and creation of high resolution PDFs files for sending to the printers.

My duties involved liaising with in-house production controllers and external clients, providing them with technical support.Creating adverts from client briefs and amending client supplied files on request. Using the in-house database.

As a Junior Mac Operator my duties included general studio tasks, ranging from digital cutouts to colour correction.
