Whilst working at ILA, my role included:- Teaching various levels and ages, ensuring that learning materials are diverse and cater to a range of linguistic abilities and personal interests. - Representing the company in a series of marketing/ engagement lessons which involved weekly co-planning sessions to design a lesson that accommodated a large variance in learning styles.- Working with public schools, creatively employing various materials to engage a class of 50+ students with profoundly different proficiencies in English.

Whilst working at Rothwell Douglas, I was responsible for the daily management and co-ordination of multiple projects which required proactive relationship building across various mediums and departments to ensure that services were being delivered in accordance with the companies values and reputation.Also developed were a robust set of design skills wherein online tools were used to create and implement coaching and workshop content that was visually engaging.Other responsibilities included:- Managing the social media; maximising technology to market the business and develop the company’s relationship with clients, whilst simultaneously promoting educational materials relevant to the business.-Tendering for work; working collaboratively to design and deliver a proposal to business in order to attain work.
