Having started as a part time customer assistant, I worked my way up to become a retail manager.I am passionate about putting my teams first at every opportunity and strive to make their work environment as enjoyable as possible. I work with my teams to put our customers at the heart of every decision to build brand confidence and gain customer loyalty.Now employed by Southeastern Railway as a Conductor Instructor, providing great customer service to our passengers and keeping them safe throughout their journey.
