Product Programme Specialist in Vodafone's Connected Home & Innovation Product team

In my second rotation on the Vodafone Discover Graduate Scheme i sat in the Connected Home & Innovation Product team, who are responsible for sourcing, shaping and launching new products into our Connected Home portfolio, as well as managing in-life productsKey responsibilities:- ensuring successful delivery of projects by driving clear portfolio roadmaps, governance structures & risk management- defining, creating and reporting on key product metrics to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities- creating and presenting monthly business reviews for senior stakeholders across Vodafone UK and Group- supporting in the shaping of our product strategy

In my first rotation on the Vodafone Discover Graduate Scheme, I was the segment lead for the Consumer Bhsiness Unit of Digital Demand, acting as a gateway between the Consumer Portfolio and the Digital function, who are responsible for any changes to our website and appKey responsibilities:- Owning and managing the digital demand process by documenting digital requirements for projects in Consumer portfolio forums and raising them into the digital roadmap- chairing a regular forum with the digital product owners and architects to shape and size demand requests and converting these into cost and time requirements for the business- ensuring priorities from the business are aligned to the digital roamdap and within capacity for the various digital squads

- I worked in the Easter and Summer camps as a camp assistant and football coach, working with children aged 4-11.

- After to being promoted to a team leader position, I had several responsibilities, including:- Organising a team of around 30 hosts with the other team leaders to create daily planners for 5 retail units across the theme park- Training new staff, both 1 to 1 and in groups, as well as giving feedback and assisting with performance reviews- Giving daily briefings and supporting staff throughout the day- Opening and closing units and being responsible for all the money delivered to and from the various retail outlets, making sure the tills were balanced at the end of the day and managing discrepancies- Helping guests with questions and complaints and ensuring excellent customer service standards were maintained
