Drive grower engagement and provide technical support with FieldView in the Ontario market. Demonstrate the value that digital can bring to a farming operation. Provide external and internal training for using FieldView effectively in day-to-day operations.

- Responsible for managing 10,000ac of peas, sweet corn, green beans and lima beans for frozen production - Collaborated with growers to ensure a successful planting and harvest schedule with a focus on crop quality and food safety- Conducted in-field trials to examine new varieties/hybrids and crop management practices- Post-season analysis of results to improve on subsequent season performance- Managed summer interns to ensure crop is monitored and any issues rectified

- Managed over 1500 winter and spring wheat plots in the disease nursery at the Elora Research Station - Frequent field work including planting, tilling, fertilizing and weeding - Laboratory work assessing DON levels in wheat and data analysis for generating reports on wheat performance - Assisted with overall wheat breeding program at the University of Guelph

- Operation of fertilizer blender for large scale orders of granular fertilizer- Deliveries of farm input products to farms- Liaised with customers and office team to ensure deliveries were filled properly and on schedule - Maintenance on Cargill equipment such as side-dress applicators and company vehicles

- Managed inventory of over 250 crop protection products - Communicated with clients to ensure successful orders
