 Growing Equigroup’s leasing book through channel sales activity. Leasing specialist for the Commonwealth Bank. Arranging meetings with potential clients on a daily basis. Travelling interstate regularly to attend conferences and trying to cross sell Equigroup’s offerings. Attending monthly/Quarterly meetings with the CBA aligning our sales strategies for the coming year. Presenting to clients directly and answering any questions they have regarding leasing.

 Advise clients on the broad range of products we offer. Try to engage and cross sell these leasing products to our clients. Complete quotes and answer any questions our clients have around pricing, asset returns and early payouts of assets. Attend client meetings listen and advise Equigroup clients of the best leasing options for them. Answer any questions they may have regarding leasing and their leasing options face to face. Liaise internally with our client service’s team to arrange getting settlements prepared for our clients in a timely and effective manner. Updating our internal computer systems with any actions taken during the day around sales activities, client engagement and any future sales prospects with our clients.

 Daily liaison with team members on workflow and distribution of tasks Ensuring documentation requirements and systems requirements are complete to recommend deals for funding.  Ensuring ongoing contract administration tasks and system maintenance are complete throughout the lifecycle of funded deals. Regular communication with sales and client service on requirements for efficient processing of deals through settlement and contract administration. Maintain compliance with company policies and operating procedures

 Worked closely with Risk Department Analyzing company’s financials and determining how much we could lend clients based on the figures given. Responsible for drafting credit documentation in relation to equipment finance products Ensure that all lease and loan security documentation is accurately completed, consistent with credit and compliance requirements. Ensure proper security registration is in place to ensure that all transactions are properly executed at the client level, enforceable and binding to the corporation. Work with internal departments and external counsel, clients and vendors in the negotiation and preparation of non-standard documents. Work towards agreed turnaround times by adhering to Service Level Agreements at all times
