Responsible for data collection, analysis, research, and development of technologies related to sports science and performance for some of the top NCAA Division I athletes in the country. Worked with Force Plates, GPS Wearables, 3D Biomechanics Motion Capture, Bar Velocity Tracking, and Laser Timing Systems.

Graded class assignments and held biweekly office hours, guiding students through complex integration techniques and parameterization problems. Met with large groups of students that were sent directly from the professor or any other student who wanted help.

Met one-on-one with tutees to ascertain their comprehension level and ensure their continued growth of class material. Taught new concepts to students who missed class due to athletic obligations. Often filled in knowledge gaps to ensure tutees had all the content building blocks for success. Helped student-athletes maintain eligibility to play D-1 athletics, and most importantly, keep their scholarship status.

Worked on PediDOSE, STArT Trial, PRoMPT BOLUS, and Headache studies in the emergency department. Primary responsibilities included collaborating with attending physicians to determine enrollment qualifications, interacting with patients to gain consent, inputting patient data into REDCap, and conducting followup.

Accounts Receivable:Processed payments in QuickBooks, ensuring totals equaled the daily batch total from our merchant services company. Entered invoices with new enrollments, ensuring the proper class code and discounts were applied. Audited correct entry of invoices, discounts, and class codes.Accounts Payable:Used Excel, PaySimple, and ZohoCRM to create spreadsheets logging payments to the company’s partner schools. Received invoices from vendors and entered them as bills in QuickBooks, noting the correct account and class code for proper inventory tracking.

Obtained blood samples from hundreds of patients. Mastered several methods of venipuncture including syringes, evacuated tubes, and butterflies. Processed shipments of cholesterol, glucose, and COVID antibody tests for the Clinical Lab Scientist; entered patient information into reLIMS Laboratory Information System. Worked alongside CLS in running glucose panels and cholesterol tests on Horiba Pentra C400 chemistry analyzer and COVID-19 antibody tests on Roche Cobas E411.
