Acquired by ExitLag LLC.- Partnered with CEO to author and maintain business plan, develop pitch materials, attend investor meetings, and manage investor relations. Result: three successful rounds with increasing valuation totaling $6M+ over 18 months.- Led all aspects of financial operations (reporting, accounting, tax, compliance), administrative support (legal/contracts, HR/recruiting), and other back-office operations.

- Built and led a new Business Systems team following the acquisition of three independent service providers.
