Member of the National Service Desk Team for the HSE. Working on both the first line phones, and the self service desk, my main role consists of assisting end users with all their technical issues. These issues range from application installs, to email and network folder issues, and everything in between.

Carry out a number of different roles including waiting tables, running food and serving drinks to customers. Also responsible for maintaining a safe and sensible environment that adheres to strict Covid-19 protocols.

As part of the EMEA Sales Technology Engagement (ETSE) team, I worked with various other IT teams within the company on a number of tasks such as to develop and improve upon a number of sales related processes such as due diligence questionnaires to producing application diagrams for the financial regulators in Luxembourg.
