Duties include;• Assisting in the buyer protection programme ensuring policy compliance with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).• Providing advice on new product and business initiatives.• keeping up to date on the regulatory landscape as it relates to consumer protection• Creating and documenting the annual TCF Risk Assessment setting out the Monitoring and Testing plan and priorities for the Compliance Programme.• Escalation point for all matters or issues relating to compliance. • Providing assistance in AML matters for ebay and its group.

• Responsible for EU & RU AML programs for Compliance Operations• Keeping operating procedures up to date and aligned with policy requirements• Analysing productivity and quality trending to improve ratings.• Analysing product and processes to create better efficiencies in teams.• Assisting project teams on new product implementations for the AML program.

• Responsible for EU and RU AML Policy updates and presenting for AML Committee approval.• Assisting in testing and setting up ongoing and annual AML Risk assessments and ensuring the AML Risk methodology assessment is aligned with Global assessments.• Assisting project teams on Regulatory Compliance queries.Regulatory Compliance Supervisor (2010- May2014)• Assisting the Compliance Officer in maintaining the Compliance program with key objectives on ensuring AML policies, procedures and training are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements. • Assisting auditors on investigation and analysis of the AML program.
