I began my professional career as a teacher as I have always valued education and felt it was the most important thing that you could do. Which was a big motivation in when finishing university in embarking on the PGCE and eventually becoming a teacher. The 5 years that I spent as a teacher were rewarding and frustrating at times in equal measure and I am extremely proud of my achievement and influence I have had on many young people. The personal qualities I bring to my work are organisation, communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients. I am driven to succeed. Always want to do a great job. Positive, determined. and familiar working towards targets.
