I have 14 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment supplying products toLife Science companies.My role includes managing a team of 11 Production Operatives.I have overseen the implementation of numerous products into Produciton, whilst optimising process workflows for maximum efficiency.Also upon receiving customers demands, I have an active position in producing new products, and in consulting senior management, which may include design change, process set up or the acquirement of bespoke machinery.I enjoy a continuous improvement approach to production. This includes critically analysing new products, and bettering any inefficiencies of existing products and processes.More recently, I have played a hand in improving the lay out of the businesses work instructions which has led to a company-wide change in upgrading their format in the form of a Process Element Sheet. This has helped move towards standardising all production work processes.As well as the above, I have integrated individual capacity sheets and overall capacity plans into the production environment to realise and improve upon our current lead times.
