Biggleswade

From June 2015 I was promoted to Manager on Duty (supervisor). In this role I am responsible of running the shift, leading the team and dealing with customer’s front of house. I also have duties such as ordering stock and dealing with customers on the phone or via email. I am also in charge of booking and running children’s parties and arranging them with customers and parent either face to face or on the phone. When booking these events I am responsible for making sure no other events clash with the event I’m booking and that the correct amount of staff are on for the event.

I am also a trained Pizzaiolo and have worked hard to become one of the senior members of the kitchen team. I am responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the other chefs as part of a team.
