From having spent a decade in the channel-only market, I've now moved to a traditional Managed Service Provider with a wealth of knowledge garnered from my years of working closely with other MSP's to enable their success.Taking my experience from an international helpdesk, I've joined VirtueUK to expand the helpdesk and bring that experience to an operationally mature business during a period of growth. I work closely with both key customer stakeholders to manage our relationships, and our internal directors to ensure the service we deliver continually improves and develops.

Having worked at all different levels of the business, I bring a wide experience and perspective to the Service Delivery Manager position at Uptime Solutions. Being part of the senior leadership team allows me to bring that experience to fruition, making meaningful and impactful changes to our services, and by working closely with our global partner base, help them maximise the benefits of working with Uptime.

Having successfully founded the New Zealand office I returned to the UK, filling an interim Team Leader role with Uptime Solutions. In addition to being a Team Leader I remained heavily involved in the New Zealand office, helping to bridge the not-so-small distance between locations and maintain the brilliant work culture we share across the business. Alongside these extra responsibilities I worked closely with other senior members of the team to improve our already high standards, both from a client facing perspective and our internal processes.

Starting Uptime Solutions' first international branch, aiming to service MSPs in the APAC region for everything from NOC & SOC to a fully managed service desk, while being able to offer quality out of hours services to our UK client base.

Managing the Helpdesk staff, ensuring we met our SLA guarantees, whilst acting as a point of contact for our customers and escalation for the team.

Acting as a point of escalation whilst providing a high standard of support services to customers. Also taking part in projects, whilst developing more advanced skills within the IT industry.
