My role involves building relationships and partnerships with organisations in the corporate sector. The aim is simple, to help reduce operating costs, manage risk and improve IT service delivery.With clients ranging from 50 to 2000 users, Acora combines in house expertise, best of breed technologies and an acute understanding of the market to consistently deliver on our customer's objectives. Our recent 'Voice of the Customer' exercise, together with a 3 star Service Desk Institute (SDI) accreditation, demonstrates our commitment to outstanding customer service.
