Responsible for achieving company sales targets in a fast paced multi million pound turnover store;Recruitment, training & development of management & staff to produce outstanding customer service;Ensure the store is commercially merchandised;Responsible for exceeding company KPI targets;Running the store to strict company compliance and wage instructions;Envoking and implementing company disciplinary procedures when required;Ensuring all company security procedures are complied with regarding staff, stock & cash;Maintaining high levels of sales floor & back area housekeeping;All fire and health & safety procedures are in place & complied with on a daily, weekly & monthly basis;Setting-up and running of regular stock takes to ensure stock is protected & current to set levels.
