Delivery and management of a Level 1 BTEC in Exploring the Creative Arts and Media Sectors and a Level 2 BTEC in Creative Media Production. I took on secondary roles as First Aid Warden, Fire Safety Manager and Designated Safeguarding Officer. I was also in charge of creating all promotional materials such as flyers, leaflets, newsletters, and newspaper and radio adverts.

Lead administration officer at The Wheatland Lane centre. I was responsible for enrolments, learner interviews, record-keeping, and producing learner files. I was also involved with general office management ranging from updating and monitoring the student information database, working on reception, frequent auditing, and monitoring the progress and workload of apprentices.
