Hello, my name is Liam and I am currently a Senior ALM Analyst at Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a Business Economics degree from Eller College at the University of Arizona. Other than the economics curriculum I also have around 3 years completed of mechanical engineering including Calculus I, II, II and Differential Equations as well as Physics I & II and several computer programming languages. I also have a deep Chemistry background completing through Organic Chemistry I & II.While working as an ALM Analyst I have learned how to effectively move and clean data using SQL in order to run different forecast scenarios using banking modeling software. I have also learned more about the financial side of things such as IRR, NII, NIM, Liquidity and many more KPI's.
