Managing my own case load and assisting clients with applications for private immigration applications such as spouse visas and tier visas, from the beginning of the application to submission. Drafting legal representations in support of a clients application. Assisting clients through the asylum process, from their initial claim right through to them receiving their decision, and then onto FTT and UTT should this be necessary. Drafting witness statements, skeleton arguments and appeal bundles.
