I am an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Recovery and Business Restructuring department. I have 8 years of experience in insolvency matters, having started out with UK Government departments, investigating fraud in insolvency.I act in all aspects of insolvency, but have particular expertise in: advising lenders, directors and owners in respect of distressed businesses, in order to implement effective solutions to their financial needs; the identification and recovery of assets in insolvency cases where assets have not been disclosed, or have diverted away by the debtor companies or individuals; assisting individuals with complex or niche financial requirements in drafting, presenting and implementing voluntary arrangement proposals; and assisting lenders in utilising bankruptcy legislation as a tool for recovery from debtors who are able but unwilling to make repayment.
