Notable achievement: Design and implementation of new BMU inspection techniques and reporting software to the national business. This resulted in a higher standard of service and defect identification which in turn led to increased profits due to greater repairs department workload. Most recent duties include but are not limited to:-Responsible for the continued operation of the NSW BMU service department.-Supervising the service team in NSW and supporting to the interstate service teams.-Scheduling and executing monthly, quarterly, annual and 10year (major) inspections both in NSW and Interstate.-Ensuring inspections and reports are completed in accordance with Australian standards (specifically, AS1418.13-1996 and AS2550.13-1997 relating to BMUs).-Ensuring works are carried out to a high degree of safety utilising SWMS, Toolbox Talks and my extensive knowledge of height safety access systems.-Liaising with clients to schedule inspections, deliver service reports, discuss defective items found during inspections and completing defect tracking registers to aid with CAPEX repair budgets.-Managing BMU Compliance with detailed records and strict scheduling.-Ensuring jobs are completed and invoiced to strict deadlines.-Upselling the business to win new departmental contracts (window cleaning, height safety installations, remedial façade works –etc)-Completing repair works during inspections and as part of quoted works generated by service inspections.

Responsible for everyday operations of the BMU service department in NSW.
