With a passion for craft spirits, I co-founded Fairham Distillery in 2020, a startup that produces premium gin. As a co-founder and distiller, I am responsible for overseeing the production process, quality control, and developing new recipes and flavours. I also handle the sales and operation activities, building strong relationships with customers and distributors. In less than two years, we have grown our customer base, increased our revenue, and won multiple awards for our products. We have also established partnerships with suppliers and retailers, whilst supporting the local economy and community. My core competencies include customer relationship management, sales operations, administration, and distilling skills. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to explore new opportunities and challenges in the craft spirits industry.
